EPA prepared a comprehensive Initial Study, a CEQA recommendations report and a schools impact analysis for submittal to the City of Alhambra. These efforts encompassed a range of technical studies and provided substantial documentation in support of an MND determination. EPA is currently serving as a sustainability advisor to assist The Ratkovich Company in achieving LEEDcertification for the project. The project will develop 351 condominiums (including townhomes, flats courtyard units and duplexes) on approximately 10 acres located within the historic Alhambra office campus. The campus was acquired by the Ratkovich Company in 1999 and has since been revitalized with tenants including the USC Keck School of Medicine, Tenet Health Care, Platt College and Bryman College.
