EPA prepared the EIR for a 550-student secondary school in Chatsworth. The school would serve the existing Sierra Canyon elementary and middle school graduating enrollment in the Chatsworth area of Los Angeles. The project involves coordinating site design issues with the extension of Rinaldi Street, a major highway, adjacent to the site which has been planned to serve the Porter Ranch area since the 1970s.
