EPA prepared an expanded MND and Initial Study for new student housing at the University of Southern California. The Parkside Student Housing Phase 2 project will alleviate the pressure to accommodate students in off-campus properties such as hotels and apartments, and will meet long-term campus housing goals. The project would be fully integrated with existing student housing in the southwestern part of the campus.
