EPA prepared an expanded MND and Initial Study for a 64-unit affordable housing project in Sylmar and also provided strategic assistance for early issue identification to the non-profit developer. The project would have provided much needed affordable housing to the Sylmar community on a site that could have been developed with more intense commercial uses under the Community Plan.
