EPA prepared an expanded Initial Study and MND for a 150-unit, 17-story residential project in the Wilshire Corridor near the Vermont Avenue Red Line Station. The project is located adjacent to an historic apartment building and a church, and analysis included detailed shading assessment to determine impacts at specific locations within each historic property to gauge any potential historic effects.
