The Archstone Hollywood project is a mixed-use development of 348 units and approximately 56,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space located along the Santa Monica Boulevard corridor of Hollywood in the City of Los Angeles, and two blocks from the City of West Hollywood. EPA is currently preparing the EIR for this project which is being developed by one of the country’s most recognized REITs. The project will integrate rental housing with creative-entertainment industry oriented creative office space, and provide a pedestrian oriented mix of housing, employment and services consistent with many City planning goals. Historical resources, land use and traffic are all environmental issues which will be thoroughly addressed by the EIR.
