1500/1360 Figueroa Street Residential Project

EPA prepared an expanded MND and Initial Study for 393 for-sale units (including ground floor commercial condominiums) in two residential towers to be developed on neighboring (but not adjacent) lots, directly across from the Los Angeles Convention Center. The project was processed through the City of Los Angeles Planning Department’s Expedited Unit and was submitted, reviewed and approved by the Unit in three weeks. The project is one of many significant high-density downtown housing developments falling under great scrutiny associated with the urban housing boom in the area. EPA is currently serving as a sustainability advisor for this project.
